About Us

Manufacturers, distributors and manufacturer representatives in retail packaging recognized the need to hold an annual meeting to facilitate new business development and networking. As a result, the RPA was formed in 1989. The association’s sole purpose at that time was to organize a trade show specifically for retail packaging professionals. Today RPA hosts the largest trade show and conference of its kind in the U.S. and is a preeminent resource for the industry.

RPA provides comprehensive educational and networking opportunities and has nearly 1000 members representing all entities of retail packaging nationwide and abroad.
